Processing

Tracking
You receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take 1 to 2 days to show its first update.

Customs and taxes
Depending on your country, customs duties or import taxes may be charged on arrival. These fees are set by local authorities and are paid by the customer.

Lost or damaged parcels
If your parcel has not arrived 30 days after shipping, or arrives damaged, contact support@glagla-mask.com with your order number and we will send a replacement or refund you.
