Will it arrive before my ski trip?
Delivery takes 7 to 14 days. To be safe, order at least 3 weeks before you leave, so a delay at the carrier does not ruin the plan.
Leaving sooner than that? Send us a message with your departure date before ordering and we will tell you honestly if it can make it.
How do I track my order?
You get an email with a tracking link as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take a day or two to show its first update.
No email? Check your spam folder, then contact us with your order number.
Do I have to pay customs fees?
Depending on your country, customs or import taxes may be charged when the parcel arrives. These fees are set by your local authorities and are not included in our prices.
What if I change my mind?
You have 30 days after delivery to send it back. The mask must be unworn and in its original packaging.

What is it made of?
It is built like real mountain gear, not like a costume.

Snow and wet chairlifts stay outside. The wool padding keeps the warmth in and feels soft on your face.
Is it actually warm?
Yes. The inside is padded with wool and the outside is waterproof, so wind and wet snow do not get through. The mask also closes the gap between your jacket and your helmet, which is where the cold usually gets in.
Does it fit under a helmet?
Yes. It is a balaclava first and a joke second. It sits flat under a ski or snowboard helmet, and your goggles go right over it.
Can I breathe normally in it?
Yes. You wear it like any ski balaclava. On the terrace, pull it down under your chin to eat, drink and show your real face.
What size is it?
One size, made of stretchy fabric that fits most adults. It covers your neck, nose and ears.
Can I mix faces in a pack?
Yes. When you choose a pack of 2 or 3, you pick the face for each mask. Same face for the whole crew or one each, your call.
How do I wash it?
Hand wash in cold water, then let it air dry. No tumble dryer and no iron: that protects the wool lining and keeps the print sharp.
