You have 30 days from the day you receive your order to request a return, for any reason.

Conditions
The mask must be unworn, unwashed and in its original packaging.

How to return
1. Email support@glagla-mask.com with your order number.
2. We reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of our reply.

Return shipping
Return shipping is paid by the customer.

Refunds
Once we receive and check the item, we refund you within 14 days, using your original payment method.

Damaged or wrong item
If you received a damaged or wrong item, contact us within 30 days with a photo. We send a replacement or refund you, and you pay nothing for the return.

Customers in the European Union and United Kingdom
You keep your legal right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
